The Jury Trial Protocol and Jury Trial Guidelines have been modified to take account of the Government’s decision, and in light of this public health advice. To support these changes, the Ministry of Justice is updating its advice to those who are summoned for jury duty.
By default, if you haven’t changed it to a customised one, then your Username would be your email without the “domain”.

Traditional whenua boundaries of hapū and whānau were changed and not all members were granted ownership.
For example, if your email is “māorilandcourt123@justice.govt.nz”, then Pātaka Whenua will pick your Username as “māorilandcourt123”. 3.4 You can change your “Username” if you prefer a different one.

Pātaka Whenua will automatically generate a username based off your email address but you can change this if you prefer a different one. To do this, click in the Username box provided, delete the text that was automatically entered and type in your preferred username.

The court order The court order is the document that confirms the legal change made to the ownership and/or status of the whenua.
