Reporting requirements for trustees. Nomination, election and consent of trustees.

To avoid liability, the individual should immediately advise the other trustees and the MLC in writing. Toitū Te Whenua – Land Information New Zealand requires that for a document to be eligible for registration, all the trustees must sign it.
