Special Aid provider processes, recognising their
crucial role in the Court. Reviewing the Special Aid
system allowed us to ensure timely payments to Courtappointed professionals who provide essential services
to Māori landowners.
As in all trustee appointments, these are made by the Court. That forum is where any beneficiaries may raise objections to appointments (criminal convictions or whatever).
