INTRODUCTION
A. The Māori Land Court ("Court") has constituted an ahu whenua trust for the purposes set
out in this Trust Order (“Order”).
If you already had an application with the Māori Land Court and dispute resolution was recommended by a judge or registrar after a courthearing, the judge or registrar can refer the unresolved issues back to mediation or court for further consideration.
The list includes skilled mediators and
Māori Land Court judges who can act as mediators.
You can also request the appointment of someone who
is not on the mediator list to hear your dispute.
