Accessing Pātaka Whenua
Step 1
In your web browser, visit the Māori Land Court website www.māorilandcourt.govt.nz and click
the green tab in the top right area labelled“Pātaka Whenua – our online portal”.
In Pātaka Whenua, you can find information about your whenua, search the courtrecord, make an application or enquiry online and pay the application filing fee.
The Ministry provides all necessary operational support to New Zealand courts, including human and financial resources, property, information technology, policy, and any other matter that assists the court in administering justice.
