the MāoriLand Court or Māori Appellate Court under the MāoriLand Court Fees Regulations 2013.
NEW JUDGE – NATHAN MILNER I am equally delighted to advise that Nathan Milner, of Ngāti Porou and Ngāi Tahu, has been appointed as a new Judge of the MāoriLand Court. Judge Milner is currently a Solicitor, Senior Associate and Special Counsel at Kāhui Legal.
However, you will need to pay for travel to attend mediation and any independent legal advice you seek. Currently, MāoriLand Court judges act as mediators.

The MāoriLand Court In 2003, the Minister of Māori Affairs applied to the MāoriLand Court for an inquiry pursuant to s 29 TTWMA as to successors to the four remaining SILNA blocks.
The MāoriLand Court is conducting an
inquiry to establish the successors to SILNA lands pursuant to Section 29, Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 in accordance
