This does not include any distribution the Trustee may receive as a Beneficiary of the Trust. 1.9 Each Trustee must not take any reward for acting as a Trustee, but this does not affect the right of a Trustee to be reimbursed for the Trustee’s legitimate expenses and disbursements in acting as a Trustee. 1.10 The duty for Trustees to act unanimously is expressly excluded.
A trustee does not have to be an owner in the land.
