Te Kooti Whenua Māori – Māori Land Court (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māori
land.
This will show you:
who the trustees are and when they were appointed
when the landtrust was formed
any historical activities of the trust
the trust order or deed.
Alienation involves an alienee (the person
who purchases or receives the interest in the
land), and an alienor (the person who sells or
parts with the interest in the land).
