These applications must be filed by email, by post or in person.
The first step in filing an appeal or charging order application is to gather any supporting documents and complete the general form of application ( Form 1 ).
Making copies of the court record
We can send you copies of the court record as PDF documents via email, free of charge. Photocopies of the record can be provided at our offices for a cost of:
20c per black and white page
40c per colour page.
We can also send you scans/printed versions of the records by post or email (where possible). For printed versions, there is a cost of 20 cents per black and white page and 40 cents per colour page.
