Pae Whakapā will support all customer enquiries,
application lodgement and the delivery of services
to court users through all channels including online,
email, telephone, mail and counter.
Pae Tukutuku
Pae Tukutuku are responsible for delivering quality
information and customer service relating to the
timely progression of application and cases.
These
teams are focussed on providing information and
advice to court users for all enquiries whether in
person, on the phone, by email, or through Pātaka
Whenua.
