It would help if Māori land owners let the Court know their addresses when they move. But, it is my experience that not all owners will participate even with notice.
The replacement lawyer will need to file a memorandum with the Presiding Judge addressing: 24.1 Whether they have the necessary experience to be appointed; and 24.2 Whether any of the existing estimates as approved will need to change.
