If there is a disagreement about access to the land, there are provisions for an internal review, and for the water service provider or the landowner to appeal to the Māori Land Court.
Note: The power of a Registrar or Judge to waive (remit), reduce, or refund a fee is a discretionary one, and you must demonstrate that you are unable to, or ought not be required to, pay the required fee.
