notified, pursuant to rules 3.18, 5.3 and 8.2(3) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, as being

A group of five successors were elected and the Hāwea-Wānaka SILNA group formed in 2024. The group is representing the successors to the Hāwea-Wānaka block and receiving advice regarding how the land could be received.
The initial annual update for 2024 was produced by the Office of the
Chief Registrar, Māori Land Court, Ministry of Justice, Wellington, New Zealand on 30 June 2024.
After further consultation, the rescheduled dates of Thursday 6 June 2024 and Thursday 4
July 2024 will now be as follows:
Wairoa: 10:30AM, Thursday 27 June 2024
This direction is issued pursuant to Rule 3.8(1)(b) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011
and a copy of this is to be sent to the Chief Judge, The Chief Registrar and the Registrar
of the Tairāwhiti District Registry of the Court.
Therefore, the Māori Land Court hearing that was scheduled to be held in Wairoa on Thursday
27 June 2024 was cancelled.
Accordingly, I direct the following applications that were scheduled to be heard in the Wairoa
Māori Land Court on Thursday 27 June 2024 are adjourned and rescheduled to be heard at a
Special hearing of the Māori Land Court:
