A solution has been found, however, in the formation ofwhānautrustsfor each of the eight children with agreed exclusive use areas both for themselves and also for the other owners of the block.
Support was given for the formation of a whānautrust. An application to constitute a whānautrust was filed in 2004 and eventually heard in February of 2005.
