WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?...
Where the agenda includes the nomination, replacement and/or removal of Trustees, the
notice must state
(a) the names of the trustees to be replaced or removed and the reason for their proposed
replacement or removal; and
(b) the number of trustee vacancies to be filled and the process for nominating
replacementtrustees.

Trustees can be removed for a variety of reasons.
The MLC is able to removetrustees if it is satisfied that the
trustee has lost the capacity to act as a trustee or that their
removal supports the proper function of the trust.
