WHAT IS THIS FORM F...
If you want to remove a trustee, you’ll need to provide:
evidence of any meetings called to remove the trustee(s) and the attendance and minutes, and
the details of the trustee or trustees who should be removedand the reasons why.
Trustees must also make basic trust information available to
all beneficiaries (such as a list of the trust’s beneficiaries, the
name and contact details of trustees, and the appointment or
removal of trustees).
What must be in the notice
The agenda for the meeting must provide sufficient detail to inform the beneficial owners of
all matters that are to be discussed and voted on at the meeting.
Where the agenda includes the nomination, replacementand/or removal of Trustees, the
notice must state
(a) the names of the trustees to be replaced or removedand the reason for their proposed
replacement or removal; and
NUMBER AND TERMS OF TRUSTEES
16.1 The Trust must at all times have no less than [__] Trusteesand no more than [__]
Trustees.
16.2 A Trustee who wishes to retire continues to hold office until replaced or removed by order
of the Court.
