Where the agenda includes the nomination, replacement and/or removal of Trustees, the notice must state (a) the names of the trustees to be replaced or removed and the reason for their proposed replacement or removal; and (b) the number of trustee vacancies to be filled and the process for nominating replacement trustees.

The MLC is able to remove trustees if it is satisfied that the trustee has lost the capacity to act as a trustee or that their removal supports the proper function of the trust.
