The purpose of the National Pänui / Te Pänui ä Motu
is to provide notice to interested parties of hearings
being conducted in, and applications received by, the
MäoriLand Court.
It would be interesting to see the response if our MāoriLand Court required the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases to be uploaded to the Māoriland Court website prior to hearings.
Use this form to apply to the Court for a partition of MāoriLand or the combined partition of Māori and GeneralLandto separate out owner’s shares into new land titles.
The MāoriLand Court is conducting an
inquiry to establish the successors to SILNA lands pursuant to Section 29, Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 in accordance
with an application filled by the Minister of Māori Affairs, currently under application A20180009373.
