3.21 The trustees must advise the MāoriLand Court of the names of the trustees elected at any general meeting.
3.22 The election of trustees is subject to confirmation by the MāoriLand Court.

If an owner with MāoriLand interests is deceased, and a succession has not previously been dealt with by the Court or a
Registrar, youcan use this form to seek a determination from the Court as to those persons entitled toa deceased’s
MāoriLand interests and an order transferring the interests to those entitled.
