Youcan search to find trusts, incorporations, Māori reservations as well as other types, and will
be able to find information on:
• the overview of the organisation’s management structure,
• members of the management structure,
• ownership details,
• contact details for the administrator (if available)....
If you have an exact date or date

for the given date or range

(f) The mediation (regardless of whether the mediator is appointed by the parties
or the Court) will be held in accordance with the MāoriLand Court mediation
process, rules and/or protocols as set out in Part 3A of the Act and by any
specific rules of the MāoriLand Court for conducting mediations.
If an owner with Māoriland interests is deceased, and probate, letters of administration or an election to administer
the estate have been granted by High Court, or is to be obtained, youcan use this form to seek a determination from
the Court as to those persons entitled to a deceased’s MāoriLand interests and an order transferring the interests to
those entitled.
