If you wish to appeal against a final decision or determination of the Māori Land Court, you can apply to the Māori Appellate Court to under section 58 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act.
If this happens to you, it's a good idea to download the forms to your computer or device, or use the Firefox or Safari web browsers instead, as these two do not have an issue with macronised words. It is not surprising to me that the skills and capabilities of those in governance are the key to successful enterprise on Māori land. Increasing the skills and capabilities of those in governance, or improving their access to others who do have the requisite skills and capabilities, is the key challenge to improving the utilisation of Māori land.
