Following consideration of Mr Monk’s availability and the Court’s hearing schedule, Judge Isaac directed that the Judicial Conference be brought forward to 3 December 2026 at 2.00 pm, which will enable Mr Monk to participate by online means while allowing the matter to be accommodated within the Court’s hearing schedule.
