Simple and uncontested trust applications can be dealt with
by a Māori Land Court registrar, without a courthearing.
Benefits The time and costs associated with attending a courthearing
are removed when decided by a registrar.
If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the
Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st day of October 2024 and specify brief details of your concerns.
