Types of trustees
The Act recognises 3 types of trustee.
Applications are grouped by District and include the application reference number, the date on which
the application was received by the Court, the subject of the application, the authority under which
the application is made and the applicant(s).
This is the case for the largest
and most successful trusts and incorporations, such as the Tuaropaki Trust and
Mangatu Incorporation, right down to the smallest papakainga trusts.

date on which the application was received by the Court, the subject of the application, the authority
under which the application is made and the applicant(s).

The Court may, on considering your notification, arrange for the application to be set down for a formal hearing
if the application has yet to be determined or for a rehearing if the application has already been determined.
