Notice of intention to appear If you wish to be heard on this application, you should notify the applicant and the Māori Land Court office in your district. You may attend the Court when the application is heard so that you can be heard on the application.
An appeal under Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 may only be lodged within 2 months from the date of the decision or determination, unless accompanied by an application seeking leave to appeal out of time on Form 1.
