Ensure you can be seen on camera, with your head and shoulders in view. Don’t eat or drink during your court appearance. It can be very distracting and will interfere with the sound quality.
You can still submit and pay for your application online without registering, you just won’t be able to save it and come back to it later or track the progress of your application.
The staff member will try to resolve the matter straight away. If they can’t, they may refer your concerns to the appropriate Business Unit to handle.
