Judge Wilson Isaac was appointed to the Māori Land Court on 11 March 1994, was appointed as Deputy Chief Judge of the Māori Land Court in 1999 and the Chief Judge of the Māori Land Court, and Chair of the Waitangi Tribunal on 13 August 2009.
Use this form to apply to the Court for an order vesting part or all of any Māori Land or General Land owned by Māori
in an owner or a person entitled to succeed to an owner for the purpose of a house site or to confirm an existing house
site (including a house that has already been built and is located on the land).
Now, landowners and other court users can choose to resolve
disputes related to Māori land through a free tikanga-based
dispute resolution service provided by the Māori Land Court.
All applications should be lodged with the Registrar in the District
in which some of all of the land is located
