I am currently the judge for Te Waipounamu in the Māori Land Court. I am also presiding over a number of urgent inquiries in the Waitangi Tribunal, which has never been busier.

It would be interesting to see the response if our Māori Land Court required the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases to be uploaded to the Māori land Court website prior to hearings.
Some examples of steps you may consider include: continuing with a current application in the Māori Land Court submitting a further application to the Māori Land Court seeking advice or continuing with further mediation outside of the Māori Land Court investigating further options if you’re not satisfied with the outcome of mediation.
