She was also appointed as an Alternate Environment Court Judge in 2009. Chief Judge Fox was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Māori LandCourt in 2010, and as the Chief Judge of the Court in 2023.
Following an urgent Māori LandCourt hearing held on Wednesday, 2 August 2023, the Court has directed that the five separate hui scheduled on Saturday, 5 August 2023 for the following Māori Reservations is CANCELLED:
