Judges acting as mediators Kaiwhakawā Wilson Isaac Ngāti Porou, Ngāi Tūhoe, Ngāti Kahungunu Judge Wilson Isaac was appointed to the Māori Land Court in March 1994.
The matter was referred to Judge Isaac for further direction. Following consideration of Mr Monk’s availability and the Court’s hearing schedule, Judge Isaac directed that the Judicial Conference be brought forward to 3 December 2026 at 2.00 pm, which will enable Mr Monk to participate by online means while allowing the matter to be accommodated within the Court’s hearing schedule.
