Publication of recordings in this manner “enables the public to view entire, unedited proceedings” and at the same time “enables the Court to retain control of the recordings”.
It would be interesting to see the response if our Māori LandCourt required the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases to be uploaded to the Māori landCourt website prior to hearings.
Some examples of steps you may consider include:
continuing with a current application in the Māori LandCourt
submitting a further application to the Māori LandCourt
seeking advice or continuing with further mediation outside of the Māori LandCourt
investigating further options if you’re not satisfied with the outcome of mediation.
Alternatively, a subdivision can be created by partition order through the Māori LandCourt. Ngā raumei
