This practice note is subject to Part 16 of the MāoriLandCourt Rules 2011 (Rules).
3. This practice note applies to the use of the Special Aid Fund by the MāoriLandCourt and
the Māori Appellate Court (Court).
She was also appointed as an Alternate Environment Court Judge in 2009. Chief Judge Fox was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the MāoriLandCourt in 2010, and as the Chief Judge of the Court in 2023.
