Currently Aotearoa New Zealand has 11 women judges of Māori ancestry who serve on the High Court, District Court and Māori Land Court.
Its only purpose is to allow access to property. The Māori Land Court can grant rights of way at the time a title is created with the consent of all landowners at that time.
Thank you Utuhina and the Court in Waiariki for your contribution to the evolution of effective structures to administer and utilise multiply-owned Māori land.
