Background Today, owners their whanau and hapu, the MāoriLand Court staff and its judges have inherited a system of Māorilandtitle that many have claimed to be inconsistent with Māori customary preferences.
Use this form to apply to the Court for a partition of MāoriLand or the combined partition of Māori and General Land
to separate out owner’s shares into new landtitles.
