Registrar, you can use this form to seek a determination from the Court as to those persons entitled to a deceased’s
MāoriLand interests and an order transferring the interests to those entitled.

Te Kooti Whenua Māori – MāoriLandCourt (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māoriland.
(state your full name), apply for an Occu-
pation Order over the Māori freehold land or General Land owned by Māori named above as the site for a house.
The judge or registrar may issue an order giving the whāngai child the right to occupy a family home on the land, or to receive all or part of any income from the land interest, or both.
