TAKE NOTICE that applications have been made to the MāoriLandCourt at Whanganui for
a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 3F No 4 Block to consider lease proposals and other
governance matters in respect of the land, including competing proposals properly before the
Court.

Requests to appoint a mediator from beyond the list require approval from the Pae Matua o Te Kooti Whenua Māori (Director of the MāoriLandCourt) before they can proceed.
