Your application will be considered ‘uncontested’ when:
• it has been notified according to MāoriLandCourtRules;
and
• it has been published in the MāoriLandCourt’s National
Pānui; and
• no one has objected to the application.
Special fixtures are arranged and advertised in accordance
with the provisions of the MāoriLandCourtRules and they
may not necessarily be listed in this publication.
