If you want to remove a trustee, you’ll need to provide: evidence of any meetings called to remove the trustee(s) and the attendance and minutes, and the details of the trustee or trustees who should be removed and the reasons why.
Where land is vested in trustees, the trustees own the land as legal owners on behalf of the beneficiaries.

I am not aware that it is. Currently trustees of Māori land assume all of the duties and obligations of trustees at general law.
