Review of Te Ture Whenua Act 1993
Introduction
At the beginning of April this year the Associate Minister of Māori Affairs released the
Review Panel’s report into Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
Trustees are appointed by the Māori Land Court under the jurisdiction set out in s 222 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. In making appointments two crucial criteria must be considered.
This includes the many applications that ought to have been heard in May but were not set down due to the May Pānui not being finalised before the lockdown.

(List all possible names that the deceased may have been known by including any aliases)
(specify relationship ie father, mother, sister, brother or not related)
Your application may be heard by a Registrar and you will not need to attend court.
