We cannot accept complaints about a mediation outcome You may have completed mediation and agreed terms of resolution with the other party or parties.
Counsel also argues that mediation is premature and that a proposal to divert the hearing to mediation at this late stage without purpose or prior notice is unfair and is declined by the respondents.
