Notice
3.16 Notice of Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings (collectively called 'general meetings') will
be a minimum of 21 days.
3.17 The notice will state the date, place and time when the general meeting will occur, and will outline the agenda.
You must file your notice of intention to appear in the Court, and also
serve it on the applicant at the address for service given in the attached application, within 14 days after
the date on which you are served with this notice.

Yes, if you are affected by the decision you can apply for a
review of a registrar’s decision within 20 working days of the
decision being made (or longer if you have a good reason).
The advertisement should identify the land, the beneficiary
group(s) and the agenda items along with the meeting
details.

for any other meeting.
