block to which the person is being
nominated to.
Its only purpose is to allow access to property. The Māori LandCourt can grant rights of way at the time a title is created with the consent of all landowners at that time.
You will also need to be clear what the plan is for building on
the land, including who the housing is for.

about building on Māori land.

No record of these conversations will be publicly available on the Māori LandCourt record. If an agreement is reached through mediation, the mediator will record the terms of the agreement and provide this to the Māori LandCourt.
