He is the first Maori to be appointed to our highest court. His appointment is one of the most significant events in my time in the law and we are all very proud of his achievements.
For general enquiries, you don't need an appointment. You are welcome to turn up between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The practitioners were given a chance to mingle with the judges, to ask questions of them and, just as importantly, to form connections with other women lawyers. It is hoped that this will be the first of a series of such events.
