As we reflect upon the work year that was, we also move into a time when all is potential. It is exciting to think of what is to come. You can bring whānau with you to court to support you and your application. If you are a whānau or hapū member who did not submit the application but would like to speak in Court, you can file a ‘ Notice of intention to appear upon application ’.
The special resolution has to be attached to the written notice of the general meeting or of the next available meeting of shareholders.
