The trustees must keep a detailed record of all receipts and payments of trust funds. No trustee may incur a debt on behalf of the trust other than by prior approval of the trustees, or at the trustee meeting that immediately follows the debt being incurred; Payments from the trust’s bank account must be approved in advance by a meeting of the trustees.
