details about the current ownership and title information¹ for
all MLC blocks.
The committee of management needs to know the shares
belong to the trust and trustees have been duly appointed by
the MLC.
The MLC will give a copy of the court orders17 to the Māori
incorporation.

QUORUM
The total number of trustees is the number appointed by the
MLC. Note, though, that this total includes absent trustees,
deceased trustees and resigning trustees who have not
been replaced, or where the number of trustees has not
been reduced by the MLC.

to provide notice to interested parties of hearings being
conducted in, and applications received by, the Mäori Land
Court.
If the licence is for a period of 21 years or more, a copy must
be sent to the MLC Registrar for noting.
