At least one trustee must hold other core trust documents such
as records of the trust’s property, records of trustee decisions, and
accounting records and financial statements.
The audited accounts will be presented to beneficiaries at the next general meeting.
4.8 The accounts must be available for trustees to inspect at every trustees' meeting.
4.9 The trustees will seek funding from relevant agencies to maximise the wellbeing of the marae.

The Māori Land Information System (MLIS), the Court’s previous system which held information about whenua Māori and the court record, was only accessible in the court’s district offices.
It sets out how Judge Reeves dealt with an application for accretion and for determination of ownership, where ownership records had not been maintained for over 100 years.
After the judge, registrar, or mediator makes a decision, you will receive the court minutes and orders which will also be documented in the court record. If your application was for dispute resolution, only the order will become a part of the record.
