To make sure that the minute is accurate, court hearings are recorded. To help us accurately record the kōrero, please move to the front of the court room when speaking and speak as clearly as possible.
The judge may also order any person to provide copies of records, reports, and reasons for decisions related to the incorporation, and to assist the examining officers with their review.

The Māori Land Court has released an updated working list of potential owners entitled to
the Toitoi Land (Crown Land Block VIII Lords River Survey District) under Section 15 of
Ngāi Tahu Deed of Settlement 1997.
Notice for meetings of owners A common complaint from owners is that they were not aware of the meeting being held, so the question arises as to what constitutes sufficient notice.
This form should be used to seek Court confirmation of a resolution passed at a property called meeting of
Assembled Owners under section 173 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
