WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
The Court’s jurisdiction is conferred by Section 455(1) of the Ngāi Tahu
Claims Settlement Act 1998.
The Court is conducting an inquiry to determine the successors to those persons approved as being potentially entitled to
the Toitoi SILNA Block.
Te Kooti Whenua Māori – the Māori Land Court is part of Tāhū o te Ture – the Ministry of Justice. There are a range of exciting career opportunities within the Māori Land Court and wider Ministry.
