So it was not uncommon on this project to have a block with an appellation such as this: Waerenga East No 2 B, Waerenga East No 1, Section 7 block 5 Rotoiti Survey District, Maungaroa Kaharoa No 12 block (Amalgamated) Lot C. The definitive description for demonstrating that we are only dealing with one block (derived from 3 blocks) being Lot C.
