In May 2023 we launched a redesigned web-
site and a new online portal – Pātaka Whenua.
The introduction of the Pātaka Whenua
technology was part of a wider Whenua Māori
Programme of change which also included
implementing legislative change and intro-
ducing new ways of working.
Establishing a new online portal will assist
the Court to work towards ensuring better public
access to information, engaging the court, and
conduct ing proceedings.
