Water services application types
Appeals to Māori Land Court - for issues about access to Māori land to work on water infrastructure
This kind of appeal is different from appealing orders made by the Māori Land Court.
If an owner of Māori freehold land in multiple ownership has paid more than their share of water services changes, they can apply to the Māori Land Court for a “charging order” to recover the excess amount paid.
